	Apply Submit your form and we will review your application. If you meet our criteria, we will then arrange a mutually suitable time for a first meeting.
	Video Interview This is your chance to meet the team and discover exactly what’s involved in owning your own Crust store. From here, we will discuss, review and assess the fit of the Franchisee Partnership. We’re all about teamwork.
	2 Day In-Store Experience Spend 2 days getting to know Crust. This is where you can really see if this is the right business for you.
	Business Plan Dot the I’s and cross the T’s on making it happen, with a full business plan that shows you the ins and outs.
	Panel Interview Here’s where we weigh everything up.
	Legal Approval Here’s where we do our final checks.
	Franchise Agreement This is the stage where we give you Formal Franchisee Approval before you set up shop, so you have the full support of the RFG business.
	The Decision Taking into account your application, interviews and our assessment, we now make a final decision on whether to offer you this franchise opportunity and whether or not we go to the next step.
	The Academy We send you off to Crust’s School, learning about our system for successfully operating your local Crust.
	Store Build This is where it gets really exciting, watching your dream come together.
